Sponsor reserves the proper to modify, prolong, suspend, or terminate the Contest if it decides, in its sole discretion, which the Giveaway is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or specialized problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond Sponsor's Manage have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the i
